1. All booking/order will be process a day after payment had been made.
2. All orders will be process for further postage before 2PM only on working days (Monday - Friday) and not including Public Holiday through couriers below.
3. Buyers will receive Tracking number once the order had been shipped.
4. To ensure the efficiency of postage process, please provide the correct and complete details such as buyers full name, address, post code, city, state and phone number.
5. For inter-bank payment, the order will be processed only when the transaction of payment had been received, which is usually will take 2-3 working days.
6. Only a complete transaction will be processed immediately.
